This particular casino has some pretty restrictive terms on its sign up bonus. It is 100% to $75 for table games and 100% to $150 for slots play. When you dig into the T&C you see that it is a 30XB to clear the bonus with different games counting different payout percentages towards the wagering requirement. Slots and American Roulette (the 5% HA variety) count 100%, and all other roulettes and table poker count only 25% and BJ counts a meager 2% to 5%. Since the expected loss using any of these is around $112 for table games, and the bonus is only $75, it really doesn't make sense even aggressively doubling a few times.

Our concept of the Depth Charge is similar to the strategy naval ships use when attacking submarines. We drop large bombs of bets using the bonus money in the hopes of an explosion in the form of a larger win. Once we have a direct hit in the form of a jackpot or series of small wins, we will drop our bets to the minimum to grind off the remainder of the bonus and hopefully, keep our profits intact. This casino has its odds published and independently verified at 97.5% however, we will be using 95% for our calculations since they don't break their report down by slot denomination.

Before we get into the exact strategy, a little background on slots is useful. In general, the higher the jackpot is on a slot, the less often you will be paid the smaller wins (assuming both machines has the same payout %). For example, with a progressive jackpot slot, a portion of each bet has to go towards building the progressive, which leaves less available for the other payouts. Progressives usually have even lower payout percentages than normal slots, but my point is you can have 2 types of machines. One with a small jackpot that pays you more frequently, and one with a large jackpot that pays you less frequently. While this strategy could work with both types, the one with more frequent payouts will have you busting less likely which most people find preferable. We also want machines with a single payline since we are looking for a single large win to hit our target rather than many smaller wins.

So now that we know which type of machine we should be looking for, lets get into the strategy a bit more. As mentioned above, we will be immediately betting as large as possible in an effort to bust out or hit a jackpot. By busting as quickly as possible or hitting a large win, we minimize the exposure to the house edge for a given amount of bonus. Since this isn't exactly intuitive, let's give an example. Say we have 2 casinos with identical bonuses. 100% to $150 for slots play only. We buy into both of them with $150 (starting bankroll of $300 at each) and immediately start play at a slot machine with maximum bets of $20 per spin. At one casino, we are as cold as ice and never win a single spin. It takes 15 spins to go through our $300 buy in. At the other casino, again with maximum $20 bets, we hit a small jackpot for $240 a couple of spins in and then another for $180 a few spins after that. So we are up to $600 at Casino number 2 after $120 in wagering. Since we have now doubled our initial bankroll at casino 2, we can drop our bets to the minimum on this same slot at $0.25 per spin and play the remainder of the $4500 WR ($4380) off using minimum bets. So between the 2 casinos, we have $4800 in wagering which has a combined expected loss of $240. Since we were given $300 in total bonus at the 2 casinos, we will have an expected profit of $60 off of what would normally be unwhorable bonuses.

The numbers get even better as you increase your "target" amount to 3X or 4X your initial bankroll. For example if you bust at 2 of them immediately, but hit a jackpot at a 3rd, then you will have $450 in bonus with $5100 in wagering for a expected profit of $195. Since we are dealing with slot jackpots here, the amounts will seldom end up at exactly 2X or 3X your initial bankroll amount, so your results may vary, but the autoplay on the slots makes it easy to play. From our trials, you will double (or more) your initial bankroll amount about 30% of the time. While this sounds low, some of the time, you will be hitting 1000, and 2000 credits which make up the difference from the losing times.

On this casino, we like a slot called "Cosmic Cat" It has 3 reels, 1 payline, the highest jackpot is 500 credits, and it has a nice number of smaller jackpots. Since it will stop once you have doubled, this gives you an opportunity to decide if you want to go for a larger win, or are content with the one you have. So back into Cosmic Cat we go, and set the coin type to $0.25 and a one coin bet, then autoplay for 4X whatever WR you have left (since we are only playing $0.25 per spin).

Once the autoplay has completed, see if all of the bonus has moved to the cash portion of the above picture. It might be necessary to do a few more sets of autoplay at 100 spins each to finish off the bonus wagering requirement. When it has all moved from the bonus to the cash you are done and have met the WR and can cash out with hopefully your winnings intact.

Your expected loss over the spins is around $225, which leaves a profit of $225 if you only made it to $600, and a potential profit of $10,000 if you happen to hit the top jackpot during your $20 spins.
