What do I need?

A Neteller Account with $200 in it that you can lose $1 of if you run very very unlucky. While statistically it is very very unlikely, it is still mathematically possible that you could lose every hand you play and lose $1 of your $200 deposit. That being the case, I think this program will work for most people who follow the instructions, but I would be remiss if I didn't mention the possible risk. This casino has a section in their cashier where you can view your bonus requirements so you don't need to manually keep track of your wagers.

VIP Casino uses the Cryptologic software, which is pretty slow, but bearable. This site offers a nice 50% bonus to a max of $100 on a $200 deposit. The wagering requirement is 25xB or $2500. This gives you an expected profit of $87 after the house edge is factored in. You can check your progress via a section in the cashier called promotions. One of the nicest things about this casino is that you can play it risk free if you like. What do I mean by risk free? I mean you can deposit your $200, get your $100 bonus, and then play until you either A) clear the WR, or B) your balance gets down to your original $200 buy in. I recommend betting $5-$10 a hand on this one, so if you are tired of grinding out the bonuses with minimum bets, have a little fun with this one. You could even play one hand of $100 if you wanted. You lose, you cash out, you win, you keep going. There is a possibility for a big score on this one that you can show off in our big scores forum in our community.

Use Multi-Split blackjack if you are playing 1 hand at a time, or Multi-Bet Blackjack if you are playing multiple hands to clear it faster.. The same strategy below applies to both games. When I did this bonus, I deposited $200 at 10 PM on one day, got my balance down to $200 betting $5 a hand, then requested a cashout. So no profit, but no loss either! That is my kind of bonus, you either win big or worst case, break even! They do charge a 1$ service charge for Neteller withdrawals, so I guess I did lose $1 here. The money was back in my Neteller at 1 PM the next day so <12 hours turnaround.

Note that there are other casinos that you can play risk free at, but I don't normally recommend it since it flags your account as an abuser if you do it repeatedly (for example at the Intercasino monthly). Since VIP only has an initial sign up and no monthly, there is no reason to risk your money on this one.
